We are currently offering positions in our sales department for an experienced Sales Associate
Sales Associate Position:
Candidates should be:
-Friendly & knowledgeable about the bike industry and the related products. Comprehensive training is provided along with huge online knowledge resources.
-Willing to engage in conversation with customers from all walks of life and listen to/qualify their needs in an open, friendly, and efficient manner
-Be able to work in a fast paced work environment often dealing with multiple clients simultaneously but also be self motivated during downtime and help maintain the shop and the customer experience.
-Previous retail experience especially in the bicycle industry, also a candidate with lightspeed and/or Merchant OS experience would be an asset. Experience is not essential but would be an advantage.
