-have at least 1 year of bike shop or related experience

The position will include the following tasks and more:

• Answering emails

• Process orders (boxing and shipping)

• Order follow ups

• Be awesome and give our suspension mechanic a hard time

• Site maintenance (taking old files offline, inventory syncs etc)

• Respond to any live chat questions

Qualifications:

• Basic computer knowledge

• Broad knowledge of bikes, parts, apparel, and armour

• Attentive to detail and thorough 

• Have a passion for all things bike

• Good time management 

• Good at problem solving/resourceful

• Strong work ethic

• Clean and organized

• regular site maintenance (making sure the correct pictures are associated with the correct products, taking discontinued products offline etc.)

• making sure any bugs get fixed

• verify payments

• regular social media posts (facebook, Instagram etc.)

• create ads 

Qualifications:

• Have a passion for all things bike

• Broad knowledge of how web programs work

• Good at problem solving/resourceful

• Must be proficient using Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator 

• Strong work ethic

• Clean and organized
